Squats + Lunges = Bigger Thighs

If you only eat 1000-1200 calories a day but do high reps of weighted squats and lunges, will your thighs still get bigger

Why so few calories? I've started on 1710 and am currently on 1380. And...
But seriously, unless you're very small and very sedentary 1000-1200 shouldn't be anywhere near enough.

I wouldn't count on it. You may even lose muscle.1

No. Adding muscle requires calories. But the rest of you will get smaller making them potentially appear larger in comparison if you work hard to maintain your current muscle.1
