Would this motivate you?

A video series of how easy it is to cook and eat clean? My success story is in the other thread and I run a blog in part about my weight loss. I also post my food on IG but I know I would have liked quick videos of how to cook easy clean food.
Do you think this is a good idea?

If you are willing to do a nutritional breakdown and calorie count per xxxgram serving as well as for individual items it may be useful to some.

As I wash food as part of food prep I would take it that the clean part would be included there, or do you mean like cleaning a fish after it's caught.

    Cheers, h.

Not everyone wants to eat clean. Some of us like processed food sometimes. Nothing wrong with that.

I'd be interested in food preparation, I like making things from scratch. I make jams, jellies, cakes, cookies, smoked meats. But "eating clean" is such a loaded term for me, not interested.

Totally understandable I actually did a write up on eating clean because it's very much a buzzword. For me I just avoid packaged food most of the time so that I have more calories left over for when I want to have treats (like Doritos or chocolate) which helped me lose a ton of weight. Thanks for the feedback!

I think it would depend on your target audience. I'm fairly confident in the kitchen, so not for me, but there are many who aren't, and they would get more benefit from it. I understand the use of buzzwords like clean eating will increase visibility, but I don't think it helps with the already muddied waters. But that's a whole other conversation.
