Reaching my personal max weight goals. What happens if I stop lifting heavier?

So I've almost hit every goal I've set for my legs. I'm hitting the following on my 4th set, 12 reps per set.
Leg Press 320kg - Goal was 300kg
Squats - 160kg - Goal is 200kg
Leg curls, Reverse Leg Curls, Calf raises - 90kg, 90kg, 80kg - Goal is 100kg
Thinking ahead I'm happy with these weight goals and don't really want to be lifting more than this but am curious what will happen muscle wise if I just work upto and maintain my goals for 4 sets of 12 reps each?

you'll get really good and efficient at doing 4x12. Go for it, if you do that along with a good diet, you'll stay fit and healthy for a long time.3
