Day 1 logging was easier than I thought and I was just under my total calories without hunger pain. I have done diets before. The weight was lost but once I went back to eating whatever I wanted the weight came back. I am still several pounds away from my heaviest so it's time to re-commit and make it a lifestyle. I am lucky as I don't use food for comfort. I hope everyone else is doing well with their plan.
