Snacks??

Someone said snacks in between meals is important just keep it small as far as calories and carbs..someone said no snacks in between meals as to have more calories to use at meal time...any ideas??

It doesn't matter if you have snacks or not. Just stick with your calorie goal. Meal timing also doesn't matter.1

It's about maintaining a calorie deficit and a way of eating that helps YOU do so. Some people like one or two big meals per day, some like snacks and smaller meals. Entirely up to you and what keeps you comfortable maintaining a deficit.1

Eat when hungry, listen to your body, etc. etc. People tend to make this whole eating thing way more complicated than it needs to be lol1

It's the total number of calories per day that really matters. Doctors recommend a greater number of smaller meals for certain medical conditions. If there's no special condition in your case, it does not matter how you spread your calories.0
