Hey there ladies and Gents!
For those who have had either the RNY or the Sleeve, what do your daily meals look like?
How often do you eat?
6 small (tiny) meals or 3 large ones?
Have you had success?
How far out?
PCOS ladies, did you get prego?
Any regrets?

These aren't personal questions from me but more so of a bump to get some conversations started!

I started my journey in March and currently sitting at step 3 of 7, so I'm Pre-Op!

Weather your Pre-Op or Post-Op I'd like to hear your story!

Sleeve here 4 months ago. 34kg down and loving no longer feeling hungry all the time. I eat 3 main meals and 2 snacks. Sometimes the 2nd snack gets missed if my water intake isn't up to a litre. I start with the protein, then vegetables and virtually never have space for carbs.

Any good bariatric surgery program should be providing all this information for you and include plenty of educational sessions in one form or another pre-op. Does your program provide you with information on what life and eating after surgery should involve?

I was sleeved over a year ago. I follow bariatriceating's plan. Basically a couple of protein shakes a day, a lean meat and veggies for dinner. I'm satiated and still losing weight. Everything in moderation doesn't work for me- I gain. I must maintain a low carb lifestyle.
