I'm new, any pointers?

Hi, I'm a 15 year old from Texas and I've been struggling with my weight for most of my life. Currently I am a junior, but a few years ago I began to play volleyball and lost weight. I went from 150 to 125 in my seventh grade school year. By the summer of eighth grade I was diagnosed with severe depression and eventually developed anorexia and dropped to an unhealthy 107 pounds freshman year. Since then I have continued to play volleyball my sophomore year and worked back to a healthy 115; however since the season ended I have gained back weight and haven't been taking care of myself as I should and am now 132. I am unhappy and want to lose weight the right way and become fit for the upcoming volleyball season. If anyone has any tips to keep on track and develop a healthier lifestyle I am open to hear it.
