Hey guys what do you do when you're at the end of your day and your calorie count is less than 1000 for the day and mfp wont let you complete your entry? Eat a snack and build them up or just leave it as is?

Is it a one off, or are you regularly undereating? If it's a one off, then I wouldn't worry about it. If this is a regular occurrence, then malnourishment is a risk along with a host of potential health complications. If it's the latter, reevaluate your distribution of calories and intake throughout the day to make sure you are meeting your macro and micronutrient needs.

Probably because 1,000 calories is EXTREMELY low, your body needs 1,200 just for basic functions nevermind your age, height, activity level, etc

One day thing? No worries. Every day thing - you should eat more. Also pushing the complete button doesn't actually do anything other than the completely inaccurate 5-week prediction. There's no need to use it.

I nibble just enough to send me to 1K and then complete it.
