Hi everyone I'm new here!

I have been mildly overweight for the vast majority of my life, and even though according to general BMI calculations I'm no within the regular weight for my height (just barely at 76 kg per 173cm height), I feel like I'm miles away from the way I want to be.

I have learned to live with most of my imperfections, but I also learned that there is always some space for improvement. I never liked diets, and in particular those that restrict the flavorsome stuff I prefer (usually just fatty things), so when I first heard of keto I was skeptical and unsure I would be able to stick to it.
I a still on my first week, but so far so good, I don't feel the need to have any sugar which has improved my concentration a lot.

I'm also in the process of starting some strength training, since I am very weak, my job keeps me sitting down all day, and I simply hate running. Until now I've been doing a little bit of weightlifting sporadically, but I am now switching to bodyweight training for a start.

I'll be keeping up with it, and would love to meet some likeminded people here to help motivate each other along the way!
