WONDER WOMAN
Saw it this weekend with lots of anticipation. I didn't hate it, but didn't love it either. It was an origin movie so sometimes they can get a little slow, but to me it was pretty slow. Gal Gadot did a great acting job and kept my attention though.
All in all this has been the best of the DC movies so far along with Man of Steel.

There will never be a hotter version of Wonder Woman to me than Linda Carter. I still really want to see this one though, but I can see how it could be meh since it's an origin story. They usually have a lot of gaps in action.1

I'm going to see it next week!0

I loved it for the most part. The middle part of the movie dragged on a bit too long but other than that I didn't have many issues. The fight with the Amazon was awesome and Gadot did a great job. It made me feel much better about this Justice League movie4

I loved it so much. No movie has ever made me so pumped. And it's super good workout motivation too haha2

And was it just me or did that beam Wonder Woman killed Ares with was very reminiscent of Vegetas final flash lol.0

I typically like origin stories, but I'll be the first to admit non-stop action in a movie bores me. I'm the one who will leave to refill my popcorn during the car chase scene0

I loved it. I had only three negative criticisms.
1: As usual, the CGI of the background during some of (especially the final) fight scenes. I hate how DC movies do this. Not a big deal, though.
2: Too much, IMO, of Chris Pine's character. I get how she needed to see that all humans weren't like a certain way (don't want to give too much away), so they needed to play him up a little - and give her a reason to care - but it - at times - felt too much like he was the star, not her.
3:It was waaaaaaay too obvious who Ares was.
That said, it was the best of the DC Movie Universe - at least since the Bale Batmans, which I'm not entirely sure if they exist in this universe. It actually gives me a little hope for Justice League.0 -
Oh also there were too many scenes in the dark. I hate that0

I heard there isn't much cleavage.0

If they're gonna make a movie about me, shouldn't they use a Redhead?

Me.
I mean, maybe it's just part of being older, but there is something about seeing something on a movie screen that isn't the same when huddled over a laptop or ipad with headphones.
It's not all movies though. Maybe 2-5 a year. I wanted to see Logan on the big screen. My wife wanted to see Beauty and the Beast on the big screen. Anything Star Wars is worth seeing in a theater. But yeah, sometimes it's not about the cost but the experience.
I could do without spending $20 for popcorn and a coke though. that's messed up.2 -
