Not really a recipe but I can tell you vinegar and citrus juice or zest brightens the taste of food as salt would. So make your lunch with no salt added stocks, broths, can veggies, beans and tomatoes and season with spices, pepper, citrus or vinegar. I really like Mrs. Dash Extra Spicy as a substitute for creole seasonings. They also make chili, taco and ranch seasoning mix. I like all their spices except original and table blend. Never liked those two.
