I've been using the MyfitnessPal app since April 9th, 2017. I'm 29 years old, male and my starting weight was 248 and my height is 6'2". Currently I weigh 216.2 and I plan on getting down to at least 185 (this would be the lowest I have been in over a decade). I've struggled with my weight for my entire life and I do have Hypothyroidism/Hashimoto's Disease that is treated with Levothyroxin. I lost 32 pounds in 52 days by logging my calories every day in the app and staying in a caloric deficit (average of around 1400-1600 calories a day and yes I do go to bed hungry but it works). I lift free weights every night and treadmill once a week (burn 500 calories). This app has really been a game changer for me.
