if its those drops its a load of hogwash it wont eliminate toxins(your organs do that for you) and you cannot reset your hypothalamus and it wont burn "old" fat.anything that promotes detoxing and boosting anything is a waste of money1 -
Fad diet - I see lots of woo. All diet supplements contain the phrase.....along with a sensible diet & exercise. In other word YOUR hard work is the reason behind your weight loss success. The supplement wants to take the credit....and your money.
Phrases like........
Foods that boost your metabolism.....nope
Lose 10-15 pounds in 2 weeks......nope. That's a calorie deficit of 35,000- 52,500
Detox challenge.....popular right now, but nope
"Homeopathic remedy to help break the body’s addiction to carbohydrates and sugars".....nope. Sugar and/or carbohydrate addiction are not a thing. Besides when you get to goal are you planning on being carbohydrate/sugar free forever? Good luck because veggies, fruits, dairy, and grains contain carbohydrate/sugar. For real addictions, going back to moderate drug use or moderate alcohol use is not an option.3 -

I already fell for it. I know three people who are losing weight quicky. I DID NOT do my homework because the people who were on it are my friends.BIG MISTAKE!. IWas, for several months keeping to my healthy lifestyle changes with food and exersice and wasnt losing very much and I was very vigilant. I felt great. I started 180 about 2 weeks ago and have really read up on it. It is a 650 calorie diet, leaving me starving leading to binging. There are are only 47 foods on the list you can eat and the only protien is meat. No dairy. Not supposed to work out because the muscle will keep you frome losing weight. In the little time I have followed this crap, I feel like a slug. I Think it is the biggest $185.00 scam out there and I am so mad. That's what you get for being impatient. So I am back on MFP and a realitic lifestyle again. Back on treadmill, strength training and Yoga. If you run across anyone asking about this tell them JUST SAY NO!0

Very low calorie diets can backfire big time. I think most people have done one dumb diet or another, I know I've done my share.
MFP is great. Just use your own food choices.....but measure & log your portions. You will learn about your eating habits. That's the best solution for maintenance too.....figuring out where you need to make changes.1 -

they arent going to have any value, if you are worried try to get the right vitamins and minerals through diets and a multivitamin if you dont get enough of those things should be enough. you can look up those ingredients and their side effects if you want. But if I paid that much for this system I would just throw it out(if they dont offer any type of refund)

I looked up the ingredients and the Thyrodium 3X says its a homeopathic for thyroid issues. if you have a thyroid issue you need to see an endocrinologist as not taking the right meds can cause very bad issues. the fucus vesiculosis is bladderwrack or a type of seaweed . so I would say no it not going to be very valuable1

Yeah I can tell you about those ingredients. They are pretend. Except iodine, just eat table salt, and Focus Vesiculoss (i.e. seaweed) you don't want to know.
