Hey everyone,

I'm considering a career pivot into the wellness/food industry (right now I work in B2B marketing), but I'm looking to read more about the industry as a whole. What are your favorite books about food that aren't cookbooks?

    I like all Michael Pollan's books (The Omnivore's Dilemma, In Defense of Food), Animal Vegetable Miracle, Salt Sugar Fat, and Michael Ruhlman's books.
