Hi I am new to fitnesspal. This year has been hard on me. I found out I have sleep apnea and a month later I find out I have mild gastroparesis (delayed stomach emptying). I also am a type 2 diabetic since 2002 and on insulin. I am a 45 year old lady that is also 75lbs overweight. So me needing to lose weight is crucial to my health. I can use all the help and support I can get.

You are in the right place. If anything can help it's MFP. Not only do you become obsessed with counting calories and logging everything in, you start wanting to do better and feeling great about yourself. :)Everyone is here to help and help you through. You are not alone.0

Hi i am a newbie, my name is Kathy and I have been dieting since early june and only 3 pounds is coming off i exercise two or three times a week what am i doing wrong, Im always under my calories xx cheers0
