Hi, I decided to try this app after hearing rave reviews from some friends. I had been thin for most of my adult life, but had a little blip a few years ago and had gained a lot of weight. I lost that weight, mainly on the adkin's diet. My weight has been creeping back up this year. I am up ten pounds more than I should be and probably 18 pounds more than I was at my thinnest. When I was at my thinnest, I was too thin. I don't want to get back down to that weight anymore, but I do need to loose ten pounds to be healthy and I want to keep it off for good. This app is really fantastic and this forum feature is pretty nice too. I like the challenges that I noticed people posting! That is very nice. I am one of those people that like to log my food every day and weigh in and count my miles (steps). So, this is perfect for me. It is nice to be here!
