Messing up later in the day...

I do so well until dinner time...any tips on controlling hunger later in the day?

    Save more calories for later in the day. That's what works for me.

    I try and stay busy after i get home..cleaning, laundry, walking around my neighborhood...

    What's helped me so far is eating lots of protein rich foods/snacks throughout the day.
    I've always been such a carb binge eater so instead of eating mostly carbs I've incorporated way more protein in my diet and have noticed a huge difference in my appetite.
    In the past I would always stay within my calorie goal until after dinner where I just felt hungry and would go overboard on snacks and sabotage my efforts. Now I almost never feel hungry because I'm making sure I'm reaching my protein goals during the day.
