I joined this site over 2 years ago but didn't last long (truth be told, I think it was right around the time I met my husband). He loves me despite my being over 100 lbs over weight. He could use to lose a few, but nothing like me. So it's not like I just "let myself go" but I think we've been eating a lot less healthy and even a friend of his joked about my putting some pounds on my husband/what marriage has "done to him". Well, it's done me about 20 pounds because I just looked at my original weight that I put on here and it made my heart sink. I did so good today and I'm excited.....this thing doesn't post to my friends that I gained 20 pounds if I update it does it? It's hard to be excited when the mountain seems so insurmountable :-/

It only posts when you lose weight since the last time you weighed in.
The fact that you're back is a great step! Don't give up before you begin!0 -
Just take little steps, make little goals for yourself.
Cut out easy things, like soda, chips, etc.
Start doing light exercise, buy yourself a pedometer, start lifting weights.0 -
