Yay good day can still do a jumping jack after re injuring my meniscus about a 3 months ago....now if only I could run without my trick knee popping out
I am missing 1/3 of the knee cap and muscle was stretched around the remaining kneecap I have never been able to get enough muscle to keep it from popping out when attempting to run
Any suggestions on how this can be achieved would be greatly appreciated
