What's up! I've been on and off of this app for the past 4 years or so. I'm now more committed than ever to get back into the shape I was about a decade ago. I've lost about 6lbs in the past 3 weeks, watching what I eat, using the app, tracking steps, and some exercising. I want to shed another 10-12 lbs to then tone up and sustain.
