PCOSand making life changes

I was diagnosed with PCOS (poly-cystic ovarian syndrome) 12 years ago but had no idea what the repercussions would be. I am looking to make a change in my lifestyle that isn't just a fad diet or temporary. I want to eat better, workout more, and learn how to take care of myself. Whether or not you are dealing with PCOS, I would love a few more friends to motivate me on this journey. Any tips or thoughts appreciated.

Hey! I also have PCOS. I've successfully gone from 244 to 156 and goal is 130. It's hard but doable. I'll add you.0
