Emotional Eating

Hey friends,
I am suffering from emotional eating disorder. When i am really very sad or depressed, i tend to eat a lot. I know it is unhealthy. But if i dont eat i cxannot focus on anything, and being a student it hampers my learning ability. I need your support. Please suggest me something.

    I'm an emotional eater too. Lost and gained 100kg over 20 years I reckon. Now I'm older and wiser I refuse to diet. Fasting 2 days a week works perfectly for me. I focus on exercise rather than food. I put so much effort into doing strength training I naturally tend to eat better so I don't undo all the hard work. I still overeat sometimes but I don't worry about it anymore, nor do I use it as an excuse to then binge.
