Need help getting and staying motivated

I started my journey last year and gave run into many speed bumps; I've had several people that were suppose to be my support system and they ended up falling off before I did. I'm not good and exercising on my own, so I lose focus and my motivation falls by the wayside. I am trying to obtain a healthy lifestyle and add more exercise into my day but it's hard because I work a split shiftand often times, go home and sleep during my downtime. I have managed to lose some weight but at the moment, my weight is like a yo-yo and I can't seem to get it lower. Any advice or suggestions??
