As summer swiftly approaches, the time for a cut is upon us. Meal prep can be tricky when constantly on the go. Work, gym and social often throw curve-balls to test your willpower and motivation.

My question is, what are your favorite snacks on the go during a cut?

Being UK based some of my personal favorites would be....

-Bilton Jerky
-Fage yoghurt + Fruit
-Flavoured Quark
-Cottage Cheese (Longley Farm!!)
- Grenade protein bars
