Back with no exercise - add me!

For now!!

I had a work injury so I can't really exercise yet, but until then, I'm trying to watch my intake. I'm kind of stuck between calorie counting or just staying away from carbs.. hard choice!

I'd love some friends to help keep me on track and to help motivate along the way :)

    Hi and I sorry to hear about your injury. It is a hard choice between calorie counting and eating no carbs. Study has shown that eating less carbs can make you moody and counting calories can make you obsessed you I suggest that you stay somewhere in between. Just add me as a friend if you need some motivation!
