I am Sherri, not new to MFP but I haven't been keeping up with things. I am a bit angry with myself because I was actively losing size a few years ago when I started to workout but then I got a hernia that required surgery and broke up with my personal trainer boyfriend... I just never really got back into things. It was hard to see him in the gym (and no other options for places to go) and yeah, I fell of the wagon in a huge way. I have gained back about 10 lbs which doesn't seem like much but when you are 225 lbs it feels like a huge amount.. and my pants don''t fit in the waist anymore so yeah, I really need to get off my *kitten*.
I have some health conditions like fibromyalgia that make working out difficult so that is a challenge for me. Right now will be focusing on diet and light exercise. I would have come so far if I hadn't given up years ago...
