Hi guys, Joan here in the UK.
In 2011 I started feeling really poorly, in 2015 I was finally diagnosed with Graves and I decided to make some changes as during my undiagnosed 4 years I went from 7 & 1/2 stone to 10 stone. I'm now down to 8 stone 8 and I'm wanting to start exercising more, I'm starting with long brisk walks, what did you guys do?? Any advice/support much appreciated. Xx
