I made a recipe for homemade coffee creamer. Here are my ingredients:

1 packet Kroger nonfat dry milk(1 1/2 cup)
1 teaspoon cornstarch
4 packets of Stevia
1 teaspoon vanilla
8 oz Silk Almond Milk Coffee Creamer
1/2 cup of water, plus 1 tablespoon

It made a total of 16 ounces of liquid. A serving size for coffee creamer is 1 tablespoon. I am confused about the dry milk. The serving size on the box is 80 calories for 1/4 of a pouch. I used the entire pouch and it was one and a quarter cup. When I input the recipe into my fitness pal, it came up with 67 cal per serving. Is that correct?

I added your ingredients to the recipe builder and this is what I came up with:

It only seems to come to around 20 calories per serving. I'm not sure how many servings you put in. Generally, 1 tbsp = 1/2 oz. So, 16 oz of your creamer should equal about 32 (1 tbsp) servings. For the dry milk, the 80 calories is for 1/4 of a pouch. If you used the whole pouch, that would be 80 calories x 4 servings = 320 calories total. I hope this helps!
