Looking for friends with same dietary restrictions

I'm a type 1 diabetic and I have celiac disease, feel free to add me I'd like to know how you all combat against a diet restricting disease like I do, it's hard for me to find any food that isn't loaded with carbs or has no gluten

My husband is type 1, and having adjusted for his dietary requirements, I'd have thought lower carb would have suited celiac quite well? Gluten and carbs seem to often go hand-in-hand.

Agree with pp. Lean meats, eggs, dairy, fruits and veg are all Celiac- and diabetes-friendly.
Add the carbs you do need through whole grains like brown rice, quinoa, teff, buckwheat, popcorn.
Have spoken to a nutritionist about this?

I don't know where you have looked - gluten is only in wheat, rye and barley - and meat, fish, eggs, vegetables, beans, butter and oil, fruit, nuts are not loaded with carbs. You can still eat carbs. You just have to balance your diet. You may have to cook from scratch a bit. But if you are picky and/or resent cooking, then you have a problem.
