Hello! How do I make this keto friendly? The carb count is way too high. Thanks!

    I just started the KETO Diet today and upgraded to the Premium membership. As you know...it can track your macros, I put in what I want to eat before eating to see what's the carb count (for tomorrow). You can set your macros (ie) carbs to 20 or 25 and tweak your food input. I did this and was still over, but again it is my first day. What I did just now was after weighing all my food for tomorrow, I put the food in an empty diary day, like yesterdays, since mine was empty; entered all my food. I was way over on carbs, so I adjusted my menu. I am still over on calories (calories for lean body weight, not actual body weight), but not on carbs, fat grams were good but still short on protein?
