Hi all I don't do diets so this is a first for me I'm just counting calories at the mo so any tips will be welcomed x

At first it seems hard to keep track. But once you just keep making yourself do it .. It'll all come natural. I've done MFP a few years ago and lost 60 lbs. So I know it works from exsperience.. Now I'm back in it again.. Since I've had 2 more kids and I'm threw. Lol.. 4 kids is enough for me.0 -
Hi I gave up one treat at a time crisps was the first thing the gradually cut out the things I knew where bad plenty of exercise and set goals you know you can complete.0
