Atkins induction: why am I not losing weight?

Today is day 8 of Atkins induction. I weigh 77kg & 5'2 height. My ketone test strip shows purple. But I'm not losing weight or inches. Since I prefer Vegeterian food with occasional egg & chicken breast, I have been surviving mostly on the 1.8 net carb Atkins bars & ready to drink Atkins shakes. I eat little bit of chicken or egg for dinner. Sometimes little Atkins penne pasta with fresh cream & seasoning. Some powdered flaxseed in water at night.
I work, so I have little time at home. Once work's done, I head straight to the gym & try to work out at least 3 days a week attending various group classes there.
What could be wrong that I haven't started losing any weight or inches?
What was your experience with Atkins?

I am not seeing anything about a calorie deficit?

Agree on the calorie deficit, based on your described diet, you're trying to do low carb/low fat. Protein alone isn't going to cut it for satiety, especially since the foods you're describing eating are more processed.

Based on your described preferences vegetarian/lean chicken, LCHF may not be a good fit for you.

OP, weight loss is entirely about energy balance and maintaining a calorie deficit. There is no magic to Atkins or any other diet. If you eat fewer calories than you burn your body will use up it's fat stores to make up the difference. If you eat more, the excess calories will be stored as fat. It is really that simple. I agree with @stanmann571 that Atkins doesn't sound like a good fit given your food preference leans vegetarian. Just eat in a way that keeps you satisfied and that is sustainable for you. This needs to be a lifestyle change, not a diet. Diets don't work because they are temporary and when you go back to your old eating habits, you go back to your old weight. Look at the big picture and make changes you can stick with for life.
