I am not new to the weight loss thing or fitness pal but I am struggling at the moment but I am trying to stay positive and stop reach for the rubbish

    HI.

    I am new to fitness pal. I love it. The food diary is helping me a lot.

    I just started a weight loss program. My doctor put me on the glycemic index diet (http://www.the-gi-diet.org/whatisthegidiet/). It is the most undietlike diet I've ever been on. Granted, I've only been on it since June 1st.
    I don't feel deprived at all.

    Progress, not perfection. :)

    It's not easy. I've got over 90lbs to go still and it seems like it'll take forever. If you keep going the scales will reflect your hard work. Good luck..you can do it!
