I have a voracious appetite. I will be going through a bunch of testing because I have a low platelet count which the doctor thinks could account for part of the problem. In the meantime, I want to try a natural appetite suppressant. He suggested either of these but doesn't know if they really help or not. Just that they don't contradict with any known medicines.

Has anyone here tried either? If so, what is your synopsis?

I really only want to hear from those who have tried them. Successfully or not.

I've tried both, the glucomannan supressed my appetite for the first 4-5 or so days, but then lost any effectiveness thereafter.
The white kidney bean went into the trash on day 3 after i sharted in the grocery store :flushed: I should have read up on it's side effects before purchasing

That's horrible! Weight loss products always have the worst digestive symptoms. Just stick with healthy food. Only supplement i take is b-12 and that's only because I'm vegan. I think it's best to avoid pills and supplements in general

Yeah I kind of figured. Anything that sounds too good to be true... etc. Thanks for the feedback! :)

Try playing with your macros, you may just not have found a good mix to keep you satisfied.
