Getting back in shape!

Noob to the fitness community! Bad diet and sitting behind a computer screen for five days out of the week got me in pretty bad shape. Looking to get back in shape and build some endurance. Coming up on 35 years of age...not getting any easier. So, let the journey begin!

    Plan so far has been training 4 days a week. Mixture of core, body weight exercises, some weight training along with cardio sessions. Diet is focused on around 1700 calories daily while paying attention to my macros: protein, healthy fats and carbohydrates.
