Need advice

I started weight training 2 years ago and really got myself a trim vertually fat free body with definition I was so happy and proud and then bang I got phneumonia and had 3 heart attacks now im back to the fat slob i was before but im now determind to get it all back but if anyone has any advice on safe but effective routines i would be so greatful Ive pretty much got my diet sorted with high protein low carbs but always open to help. Im 49 years old

Male, 49. What's your weight? What's your goal? Were you using any kind of supplements 2 years ago before the 3 heart attacks?
Speaking of, did your 3 heart attacks leave damaged tissue in your heart which would limit its capacity to pump blood now?
Those 3 heart attacks are a very big deal and probably mean that way you got the great body 2 years ago won't be possible this time. They also mean that the standard advice for weight loss might not be right for you now. Perhaps you really should consult with your cardiologist to learn what you can do toward this goal.1 -
