Thoughts on the Nike Running app

I am starting training for a 5k and tried the C25K app but just couldn't stick with it for whatever reason. I decided to try the Nike+ Running app which has a coaching section and I have done a better job so far with that. I was just wondering others thoughts on that particular training. If you have used it likes/dislikes and tips. Thanks!

I have been using the app for the past 2329 miles and absolutely love it. Sorry to say I haven't used the training portion of the app just the run tracking for both outdoor and treadmill runs. I have used C25K on multiple occasions and modify to meet my needs. The walk/run programs all work quite well on getting you running. The last time I used it I hadn't run in over 3 months due to a herniated disk in my neck. Rather than follow the program as it was I did a minimum of 2 days every time I went out for a run (in the early stages I was doing a week at a time because the walking far outweighed the running). By the time I was in the later stages of the app I just started running 3 miles at a time and am now at 4 with an ultimate goal of 8. Best of luck!! Run strong!!1
