Hey everyone, so I downloaded a step counter app that syncs with mfp for times when I go for a walk and I have no clue at what speed I'm walking. Well it adjusts my caloric intake for the day based on me just walking at work. Should I turn it off when I am doing normal everyday routine stuff or should I let it count it as exercise for the day and add calories to my daily intake total???

What a FitBit does is compare your actual activity against your stated activity level. If you walk above & beyond your stated level, then you get calories.

Use this as a rough guide to see what your app is doing............
