So I will be starting this fitness journey Monday June 12, 2017! I have had back surgery so I am looking for any exercises that will help strengthen my back so I can move on to ab work outs so any advice is appreciated! Just looking for some much needed motivation from people on here because I am lacking in that myself!! I currently weigh 150 pounds and I want to get down to 135, and just be able to have more energy and self confidence. Feel free to share any exercise and clean eating habits you guys have! And feel free to join in and we can challenge, push and encourage each other! We got this!! Thank you!
