Posture Test

I have people perform this posture test before doing any other exercise. If they can't hold this position then I don't have them do certain weight bearing exercises.
It's 3 points of contact with a PVC pipe. At the tailbone, between the shoulder blades, and the back of the head. You shouldn't have an excess curve in your lower back or have to tilt the head back. Check it out, try it out. Hopefully it keeps you safe in the gym.
