Use the search tool search for "quick meal ideas", "easy meal ideas", and "quick and easy meal ideas". Do the same thing on pinterest.com.

Find something that fits the calories and eat it often! For example for work lunch, I love the Ole Extreme Wellness whole wheat tortillas. 3 tbs of hummus, a half or so of a salad with olive oil and vinegar dressing tossed and laid in there and then some protein such as 2 ounces of low sodium turkey breast from the deli. It's big (happy eyes), it's tasty (happy belly) and it lasts a long time because it has a lot of protein and fiber (happy me!!). I bounce between this and a precut and prewashed bag salad lunch for work. I love these two lunches; they are easy to plan and keep and I know the stats and can enter them easily.

Make it easy on yourself, especially for the hard times of day or situations - you are forming new habits. Be kind to yourself.

Last word - don't stop everything you like to eat. I have half and half in coffee everyday and I just factor in the cals.

You had similar concerns in your other threads, and got some tips there - have you checked the replies? It might give you some more ideas.

One of my favourite phrases is "whether you think you can, or whether you think you can't, you're right". Be positive - it's not that hard, you just have to start. Everyday doesn't have to be perfect - there is no such thing - but make good decisions one day at a time and you'll get there.
