I feel like all I ever do is cardio cause that is all I know... I just don't know where to go about when it comes to weights but I think it might be beneficial for me... can someone help me give me some tips where to start? How long should I weight train for to see a difference In my body? I'm currently 109 pounds 5"2 and a half and I don't feel as toned as I would like to be, for some lose skin on my handles and Tim area. Tips please!

You can start with body weight exercises. Push ups, squats, lunges. I personally like barbell lifts.0

If you have access to a gym, I suggest picking a full body lifting routine like:
- Stronglifts 5x5
- Ice Cream Fitness 5x5
- Starting Strength
- New Rules of Lifting for Women
- Strong Curves2 -
Add some planks, too. Just a few will do you wonders !

I got a book. Multiple exercises for each muscle, a wide range of equipment (everything from no equipment at all, through to fitness machines), as well as suggested routines and workouts.0
