A few months ago I found out my spouse of 7 years was cheating on me. I was in a very low spot in life and decided I needed to make a change. My heaviest was 225lbs, currently at about 185lbs. Most days I don't see a difference but I sure feel a difference physically. Sometimes it's hard to keep going but I tell myself even if tomorrow won't be better, at least I will be. Never quit, you owe it to yourself!
