GOAL SETTING : Nutrients?

What percentage do you have your goals set at for Carbs/protein/fat?

I heard somewhere that for weight loss 1g of protein for every lb you weigh was right?

any suggestions welcome!

    Percentages are not a good way to measure. You should base it off your weight.

    Protein: at least .8g/lb
    Fat: at least .5g/lb
    Carbs: fill in the rest of your calories with carbs as they arent necessary
