Bulking and gaining weight

Hey guys, recently I was cutting off some fat for a while and used to eat 1750 calories per day. I want to start bulking but should I jump directly to my required bulking calorie intake (2350)? Or take it step by step?

I don't think 2350 could really be a bulking calorie amount if you were in a noticeable deficit at 1750...2

And considering the OP is a male, I don't know if 2350 would even be close to a good bulking number. That is even low for a lot of women.1

I'm 62 kgs, 169 cm, 13% BF and am using 2400 as my bulking number, I'm moving up, but it's hard to tell if it's 1 or 2 lbs per week at the moment. It's on the low end though as I'm trying to find the sweet spot. I have a TDEE around 1900-2100 depending on the day so I stick with the same goal each day to just even it out a bit.
I'd say 2350 is light for you. Try 2800 ish, but you'll need to adjust anyway once you see how it's going.
Oh, and bump it in 100 calorie per week steps, or thereabout, and don't be surprise if you lose a few more lbs right away before you go up. The body likes nice slow changes, better than big jumps.1
