What kind of issues? If you have knee issues it needs to be diagnosed before you exercise. Do you have a physical therapist?

Definitely get it checked out, however swimming is usually a pretty good low-impact exercise and you should be okay doing that in the meantime.

Previous surgeries or knee injuries? Or just pain when you exercise?

Please don't ask advice from people on this site if you're having issues with your kneesperiod even though they may be well-intentioned they don't know what your medical condition is and they could be giving you some advice that can cause some serious damage.

You need to talk to an orthopedic surgeon about your knee. I'll give you my background I have an arthritic knee that has to be replaced and I've had a double hip replacement and I consulted my orthopedic surgeon and my physical therapist on the kind of exercises and what I can do before I walked into a gym
