Hey Guys,
I've had the app for awhile and never became active with the communities until now. Pretty much starting my fitness/weight loss journey over. I started my fitness journey probably about 12-10 years ago. The longest stretch I've had with being 100% committed has probably been for about 5 years straight, and received get results during that time dropping my body fat down to 9%. Recently, past few years, I've gotten bored and lacked motivation to get committed to fitness again. Mainly because I've pretty much reached almost ever goal I have had with regards to fitness. I've finally gotten off the lazy train the past week and have gotten back into my former habits. I have about 60 lbs or so to lose and various fitness performance goals to reach within the next year. If you're like me and basically climbing the fitness mountain again or totally new to the journey of fitness. Feel free to add me and share your story/tips. Looking to create an environment to help anyone, myself included, to stay focused on goals and bounce tips/ideas for fitness. Well I wish everyone good luck!
