Hi all.
I'm new to the community but not MFP. Started struggling with my weight in my 30s. Hit my heaviest around 38. Made major lifestyle changes and dropped 90lbs in about 15 months and made it down to my high school weight. 3 years later I always seem to float back up 15ish lbs around the holidays and usually have it back off by the spring. It has been harder this time around and I have 7 lbs to lose before a tournament at the end of August. I believe I should hit that target. However, my long term goal is to try and get at least a "four pack" for once in my life. That goal will be definitely harder because I still like my craft beer and delicious local (southern) cuisine in moderation. Unfortunately, even in moderation, it does not fit with "having abs." This Community looks like a great resource and I look forward to learning from everyone.
