    You're eating too many calories for your needs.

    Or you have a medical condition. Probably the former.

    You gave us nothing to go on.

    If it is weight gain over a ling period of time, you are eating too many calories.

    If it is a small gain in a short period of time, it could simply be normal fluctuations in weight of up to several pounds, time of month, water weight for muscle repair during new exercise, excess sodium, constipation or any number of things.

    How much have gained? ...over how long? Height, weight, calories, exercise? Are you weighing all solids on a food scale, measuring all liquids, and counting absolutely everything?
