Hi All,
I'm Stephen. I'm familiar with tracking my food, but haven't done it in some years. I normally exercise three to four times per week, with three cardio sessions at 40-50 minutes each, one to two strength routines, one core workout per week, and one recovery session. Polar A360 has been one of the better devices to track my workouts and use it often. I'm currently on a 2500 calorie regiment on my fitness pal based on my activity and goals. I am becoming more conscious about measuring foods. Presently I am pacing to lose two pounds per week.
What has been your biggest challenge so far?
